If you guys have interest, I think it is not hard to open up more areas to being an option for your races hometown:
e.g drow -> unlit city.
e.g. illthid -> enthema
e.g. gnome -> from the gnome village
obviously any competitive advantage is gone once people figure your top secret stealthy hometown out.. not really worried about abuse here

Okay, so we have a decent starting list of suggestions. I'd like to read some alternative views on the game balance before we proceed here. Stuff like whether its viable to PK someone with a cloud castle recall. |

Really going to reduce the number of fatalities a mage/priest class suffers, since they'll be able to recall and bug out to any connecting areas long before the chaser can recall, nexus to their recall area, and find which way they're headed. |

Yeah thinking about that, it's really going to affect pk, unless we make it forced. No more choosing hometowns, you go to your racial hometown. |

would you still want the freedom to purchase a hometown swap at Iluvim? if figuring out hometowns is too hard, there could be a public roll of citizens or something. just tossing random ideas here |

what if you keep the hometown choices that already exist, but somehow tie religion into granting races to be able to recall to their racial place after passing some religious threshold? |
