The Lone Maverick.

My childhood was lonely. My mother was a tailor, and I never met my father. My sister once tried to kill my father, though she never shared why. Sometimes my brother used to molest me, when we'd curl up on the floor of the hovel to sleep at night. Sometimes I kind of wish I could find one of those jobs selling gourds and sacks. My siblings were my closest friends, more so than anyone outside my family. The memory I have which most stands out to me is seeing my aunt's pet cat. I was born by the Emerald Forest but travelled a lot while growing up. The simple, heavy-handed, and straight-forward laws in Seringale, combining with the lack of templars, has always made it an appealing place to me. One of my favorite things to do is catch up on the newest situations between the merchant houses and noble houses and most of the time, I feel more at home outside the city proper than inside it. I've always had an affinity to sparring with wooden swords my mother would make for my brothers and I. We'd spent all day and night play fighting in the forest while the nymphs and dryads observed from afar. All my siblings unexpectedly left home at the age of fifteen... I've always wondered why.
