Trapped in cabal should be an ideal PK situation for a healer. Hunker down, cast divine retribution, spam cure serious and fight the battle of attrition.

When it comes down to attrition healers always win.

Trapped in cabal is the opposite of attrition. It's quick end. There's almost no way a Healer can properly use all of his mana against a skilled opponent in a confined space like that. Divine ret means no protective shield, so count on being blinded by dirt or chain bashed depending on your opponent.
