Nobles and the Palace

I was wondering what the deal is with Nobles allowing visitors into the Palace....not to "visit" but to be safe from attacking pkers. Is this allowed....even when the PC's hometown is not Valour?

Yep its a nest. ..just remember its only as strong as a regular guild guardian.

Since it is electric damage you would think that mana shield would protect you.

I think it's designed to go through it for that exact prupose. They DON'T want a person claiming they're king because they can sit on it.
