| If I were to go about creating a new evil character adn setting his home town to Darkhaven, would I have to bring him all the way to Seringale to level him up, or are there places near Darkhaven for low levels? |

| The general place to rank an evil is Emerald. Now, just because your home town is Dark haven, doesnt mean you need to stick around there. Its actualy best if you put your hometown somewhere and rank AWAY from that place. Because your recalls will take you a good way away from the guy your running from. |

| but if you are a newbie, i'd suggest you make seringale your hometown. its still easier that way in my opinion. |

| I am in absolute full agreement. I still always make my chars hometown seringale. Just easier that way. |
