| At what points during game play are you allowed to talk out of charactor? I know the Newbie Channel is one, and I think the Q/A is one too, but are there any other ones? Prayer? |

| is the Q/A channel supposed to be OOC? Prolly a moot question since I've never seen it used... |

| I deleted that channel a few weeks ago, since it fails to serve a useful funciton. |
