Seems like someone pulled Uno reverse on the intended code then.
No reason not to be able to track whilst flying but plenty of reasons why you can't track flying targets.
So yeah, instead of giving track-immunity to rangers who can already camo etc. Just make them able to track flying chars. |

There's nothing to stop a flying character from being tracked, other than where they've been. A noteable exception is that the sector water (and air) rooms do not leave tracks. That includes, rivers, oceans, and underwater. I both re-read the source code and tested today to make 110% sure that flying characters are trackable. I'll update the tracking helpfile to clarify that as well. |
