Time delay/ healing inside of a cabal.

Is the time delay diffrent for caballed charecter? you know:

I've just wondered why (after twenty minutes or more) I can't sign in.
and why is it that you don't heal inside of your cabal anymore? My brother mentioned something about it yesterday and I noticed the same thing today.

delay for caballed chars seems to be 30 min

I've never noticed a longer delay between chars than 10 minutes, and I'm running a character in a cabal. You sure it's 30 minutes?

perhaps it has to do with the order they are logged on? (ie: normal char has to wait 30min after cabal char logs in, but not vice-versa)

Yeah, I've noticed that as well, sometimes I'll get on with one of my caballed chars and an hour later he still can't get on (note we do nothing ooc except for pk each other) and i don't heal in my cabal either. Good way to master fast healing, meditation, and trance though.

Okay, so the wait time IS longer, what about healing? A response for an immortal maybe?

There is no healing inside of cabals anymore.
