It seems like summon got gimped. A lot of the creatures that could be summoned before can't anymore. Just wanted to a) verify I'm not on crack, and b) get a rundown of how summon was changed (such as you can no longer summon creatures over lvl 30 or whatever the new restrictions on it are)

| Try summoning from outside of Seringale. We don't want you stockpiling purples, summoning charmies and request mobs, etc from within the safety of town. |
